Had this to say about the recent A Pretty Mess show in Los Vegas.
The 5th band on this Punk bill was a band from Los Angeles Calif. Called "A Pretty Mess". This 4 girl quartet is extermely talented, A cross between The Dollyrots, and the Runaways they bashed out their set with pure AUTHORITY, with DMESS on guitar and lead vocals, Meghan on bass, Mel on Drums, and Nancy on lead guitar, all girls lending a hand on vocals, they just had me and the crowd in the palm of their hands.
With songs like Speed, Shiver, Going Nowhere Fast, and Despair. They kicked Ass. These girls are "HARDCORE" Another highly recommended must see band.

Morbid "A Love Story" Is an unrated film, it contains Extreme Violence, Nudity, Torture, Drug Use, Adult Language and cannibalism. A Pretty Mess is going North West! We will be on the Road From Aug 8 til Aug 15. We are excited to meet some new faces and see our old friends, we're gonna drink all your beer, eat all your food, and rock your face off. Please come out to a dive near you. So Long ......
So this week we bid farewell to Lilia (the bassist), she want's to find her true calling which is playing guitar, when she tried out for us she mainly played guitar she wanted to try out for us playing bass, she picked up on the bass pretty well so we decided to keep her, but as time went by so did the enthusiasm. It was a mutual decision on all our parts and we have no bad blood between us, but sometimes things are long over due. We wish her all the luck.
We are happy to announce that Metal Meghan From Naked Aggression will be filling in for the next shows/tours and everything else that comes along so don't worry aint nothing gonna get us down go give her a big welcome!!

"Destroy L.A Volume 2 " Will be hitting the stores d-day June 6, 2009.
This CD is shared with another L.A native band called "The Outskirts" it's raw, its real, and its our life! This will feature five songs of A Pretty Mess which two of them have never been released, as well as five songs from The Outskirts.

We have started working on our own web site!
While our site is not completely finished at this time (what site ever is), most of the remaining changes are minor.
We will still be using the http://www.myspace.com/xprettymessx page, however, having our own web site allows us more control of the design and layout.
